    Relief Affiliate Program Program Overview
When you sign up as a Corganics® affiliate, we’ll give you your own customized referral link along with access to a wealth of high-quality, standard-sized Relief pain cream banners you can share on your website, blog, and social media sites (e.g. Facebook and Twitter). We only ask that you have a website or blog, and post our banner ads, use your referral link in text links, and/or distribute your affiliate link to your "followers" via newsletter or some other means.

Coupon sites, most product "Review" sites, and sites that we believe would not effectively promote our brand to new customers—DO NOT QUALIFY for this program because such sites do not encourage prospective buyers to purchase Relief via their own marketing efforts but simply attract individuals who are already aware of Relief and are searching the Internet either for Corganics Relief coupon codes or for product reviews.

Joining the Corganics Relief Affiliate Program
By filling out and submitting the signup form, unless we choose to not approve your submission, you will become a Corganics Relief affiliate and will be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our products and direct others to our website via the banner ads we provide or ads we approve and/or via the affiliate link we provide you with so that you may earn and be paid a 20% commission on products purchased from our web-based store at retail by individuals who reside in the United States.

    Affiliate Responsibilities
It is understood that you will introduce Relief topical analgesic to your current and prospective website or blog visitors/subscribers and will comply with all laws, including anti-spam laws that govern email marketing.

Corganics reserves the right to accept or reject any prospective customers or suspect sales, and will pay you a commission per retail sale generated using your affiliate link according to the designated payment schedule, where commissions are paid the first week of each month when you have $25.00 or more in earnings.

You may ONLY advertise our products to prospects who are located in the United States.

Either you or Corganics may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with our without cause. You are only eligible to earn affiliate payments during your time as an approved affiliate. Corganics reserves the right to modify the program, its policies, and its operating procedures at any time.

    Affiliate Relationship
This affiliate relationship is one of independent contractors. Corganics will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection with this program, and our aggregate liability arising with respect to this program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you. Corganics makes no express or implied warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the program.

In addition, Corganics makes no representation that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Corganics will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

Corganics is located in the USA at the address shown below and this program is governed by the laws of the U.S. and the state of Texas.

    Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate participation in the Corganics Relief Affiliate Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
    • Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)
    • Illegal spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
    • Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
    • Violation of intellectual property rights
    • Inability to setup links or refer clients to Corganics (lack of performance)
    • Using your affiliate link to make your own purchases.
Use of Your Affiliate Banners and Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your website or blog and in emails sent to your subscribers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create and use your own images only after they have been reviewed and approved by Corganics.

Your affiliate link is solely for the use of others whom you refer to Corganics. Your use of your own affiliate link to make your own purchase is a violation of these terms and conditions and will result in the suspension or termination of your participation in the program.

The purpose of this program is to aid Corganics in securing new retail customers, and commissions will only be paid on retail sales. If a wholesale customer happens to use your affiliate link to make a wholesale purchase no commission will be earned or paid on the wholesale sale.

    Affiliate Tracking
When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link via a banner ad or direct URL link a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Their IP address is also logged in a database. When the referred individual decides to purchase a product from the Corganics catalog, custom script built into Corganics' online store read the tracking cookie or IP address that was logged to identify the affiliate who generated the sale and who earned a commission.

If the sale was generated via a click on one of your banner ads or your affiliate link you will earn a 20% commission on the sale. If a visitor who clicks on your affiliate link or banner ad (or an ad or link of an affiliate you referred) does not make an immediate purchase if they later make a purchase while the cookie is still present in their browser cache (we have set the cookie to last up to 30 days) or from the IP address logged in the database, their purchase will still be credited to your account and the commission due will be logged.

    Terms of the Agreement
These terms become effective upon your signing up to participate in the Corganics Relief Affiliate Program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by Corganics at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

    Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at our site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

By submitting an application to participate in the Corganics Relief Affiliate Program you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
